From their earliest years through elementary school, we want every child at The Groves to have a safe, welcoming, fun, and biblically grounded place to learn about Jesus and begin developing a faith of their own.

Not Audience.
Our Next Gen environments for children are divided into Little Grovers, for birth through Pre-K, and Kids at The Groves, for Kindergarten through 5th grade. Each environment is designed specifically for the age and stage of the children we serve.
We believe parents are the primary spiritual influence in the lives of their children. Our role is to partner with families through biblical teaching, worship, prayer, meaningful relationships, and environments where children are known, loved, safe, and encouraged as they grow.
Little Grovers
Little Grovers is our ministry for the youngest members of The Groves. We want their first experiences with church to be safe, loving, welcoming, and filled with people who genuinely care for them.
Little Grovers includes age-appropriate environments for children from birth through Pre-K, including separate Crawlers and Walkers rooms designed to better care for children during those early stages of development.
Even at this age, we believe ministry is more than childcare. We're partnering with families to begin building a foundation where children experience the love of Jesus, become familiar with biblical truth, and learn that church is a place where they are known and loved.
Kids at The Groves
Kids at The Groves is designed to help elementary-age kids know Jesus, understand God's Word, build meaningful friendships, and begin taking ownership of their faith.
Through worship, biblical teaching, games, activities, prayer, and small groups, kids have opportunities to engage with biblical truth in ways they can understand and apply to their everyday lives.
We don't believe kids have to wait until they're older to follow Jesus, serve others, pray boldly, understand Scripture, or participate in the mission of the Church. They can begin taking those steps right now.
Join Us This Week
Sunday Mornings
Little Grovers and Kids at The Groves meet every Sunday morning during our 10:00 AM service. Check-in begins at 9:30 AM. Our team will help your family get checked in and find the right environment for your child.
Wednesday Nights
Little Grovers and Kids meet at 6:30 PM, with check-in beginning at 6:15 PM. Wednesday nights give kids another opportunity to learn about Jesus, build friendships, have fun, and grow in their faith in an environment designed specifically for them.
More Than a Sunday
We want to create opportunities throughout the year for kids to build stronger relationships, have new experiences, and continue growing as disciples.
Kids Camp
Kids Camp gives kids an opportunity to get away from their normal routine for a summer experience filled with fun, friendships, worship, biblical teaching, and intentional discipleship.
Girls & Boys Retreats
Throughout the year, kids also have opportunities to participate in weekend retreats designed especially for them. These trips create space for deeper friendships, memorable experiences, and focused time growing in their faith.
Disciples, Not Audience.
We're not trying to simply keep kids entertained. We want to help them become disciples of Jesus. Our DNA gives kids five simple values they can begin living out now:
We Bring Our Bible
God's Word matters. We want kids to become comfortable opening the Bible, learning what it says, understanding it, and applying it to their lives.
We Pray Boldly
Kids don't have to wait for an adult to pray for them. We want them to learn that they can talk to God, pray for others, and make prayer a normal part of their relationship with Him.
We Celebrate Others
We teach kids to encourage one another, celebrate what God is doing in others, and help create a community where everyone feels known and valued.
We Have Fun
We believe church should be fun! Games, laughter, creativity, and excitement help kids build relationships and create memories. But fun isn't the mission. We use it intentionally to support relationships and discipleship.
We Own the Mission
Kids aren't just the future of the Church. They're an important part of the Church today. We want kids to learn to serve, give, invite friends, welcome others, pray for people, and use what God has given them to make a difference.
A Safe Place for Your Kids
Creating a safe environment is one of our highest priorities.
Every child is checked in and out through our secure check-in process, and our ministry operates with established safety procedures and clear expectations for those serving with children.
We also want our Next Gen environments to be places where children with different needs can belong and participate. Our Buddy System provides additional support for children who may benefit from one-on-one assistance, helping remove barriers so they can engage in an environment that works for them.
Our goal is for every child to have the opportunity to be known, loved, safe, and pointed toward Jesus.

Joining us for the first time? We'd love to meet your family.
Check-in begins at 9:30 AM on Sundays and 6:15 PM on Wednesdays. Our team will help you get checked in, answer any questions, and make sure your child gets to the environment designed for their age.
Sunday service begins at 10:00 AM, and Wednesday nights begin at 6:30 PM.
