Media + ProductionSunday Rhythm
- 8:00 AM: lights, ProPresenter, and audio are ready for the run-through
- 9:15 AM: production meeting, right after Start Up
- Accept or decline in Planning Center and keep your blockouts current
- Know your position and listen to comms
- Reset your position and equipment before you leave
- Take at least one Sunday off a month
Our Comms Habit
Say your position + what you needEvery Time
- In-house team: in-ear packs. Producer and sound booth team also have mics.
- Livestream and broadcast team: headsets.
- One headset stays in the sound booth. If anything goes wrong, hop on comms.
Example
"Camera 2, right side, I've lost the speaker."
Ask early.
Talk to William, or ask your breakout leader. Ask before Sunday, not during it.
