Why we give.
As 2024 comes to a close, Carly and I can’t help but reflect on how incredibly faithful God has been. This has been a year of healing, hope, and new beginnings for our church family, and we are so grateful to be walking this journey with you. Your courage, faith, and willingness to embrace the work God is doing inspire us every day.
This year has been one of rebuilding and renewal. We’ve seen God mend broken hearts, restore lives, and bring moments of powerful breakthrough in worship and prayer. From lives changed in our services to the quiet, personal victories many of you have shared, it’s clear the Holy Spirit is moving in our midst.
One of the most defining moments of 2024 was our commitment to RESET. It hasn’t always been easy, but through every challenge and every victory, we’ve been reminded that God isn’t done with us yet. He is faithful to complete the good work He has started in us!
Looking Ahead
As we move into 2025, I’m excited about the road ahead. We’re leaning into God’s promise for this next season, centering on three key areas:
How You Can Be Part of the Story
For the rest of the month of December, we want to invite you to prayerfully consider how you can be part of what God is doing here at The Church at the Groves. Your prayers, service, and generosity are vital to the mission of connecting people to Jesus. Together, we can create a church where lives are transformed and Jesus is lifted high.
Here are two ways you can join in:
To begin tithing or to give your year-end gift Click the button below. Every gift makes an eternal impact.
As we look back on 2024, let’s celebrate all God has done. But even more, let’s look ahead with great expectation—asking God WHAT’S NEXT!
From our family to yours, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a New Year filled with His Presence.
Love,
Pastors Nate and Carly Calaway

Looking Ahead
As we move into 2025, I’m excited about the road ahead. We’re leaning into God’s promise for this next season, centering on three key areas:
- Being Presence-Driven: We’re becoming a church obsessed with seeking God’s presence—because where He is, lives are changed.
- Engaging the Next Generation: Our kids and youth ministries will be a priority as we equip the next generation to know and follow Jesus boldly.
- Stewardship and Vision: We’re committed to stewarding our resources with wisdom—retiring church debt, reimagining our facilities, and aligning everything we do with God’s purpose for us.

Your prayers, service, and generosity are vital to the mission of connecting people to Jesus. Together, we can create a church where lives are transformed and Jesus is lifted high.
Here are two ways you can join in:
- Begin Tithing: Tithing—returning the first 10% of your income back to God—acknowledges that everything we have is His. It’s an act of obedience and trust, saying, “God, You come first in my life.”
- Give a Year-End Offering: This is an opportunity to go beyond the tithe with an additional gift. Your offering will help expand the ministry, support day-to-day operations, and extend our reach in the community as we share the love of Jesus.
